We know how tiring running an education centre is.
A private education centre is a different kind of business. You run schedules, attendance, fees, parents and teachers at the same time, and none of the ordinary tools understand that.
Why we built this
Accounting software is built for shops. School apps are built for government schools. Spreadsheets are built for everyone, which means for nobody.
So the work ends up spread across six places: one file for students, another for marks, a receipt book in the drawer, and a few WhatsApp groups nobody can search afterwards.
ClassRep was built specifically for that work, so attendance, invoices and progress reports live in one place — and that one place is the thing that remembers what hasn't been done.
What we hold to
Built for Malaysia
ClassRep is not a global product retrofitted for Malaysia. It was built from the start for private education centres here, with FPX, Ringgit and Bahasa Malaysia at its core rather than bolted on afterwards.
You don't start from an empty screen
We import your student list from whatever file you use today, set up your classes, and train your staff. Getting started does not require the owner to be technical.
Your data stays yours
Student and parent information is sensitive. We don't sell it, we don't share it with other centres, and we comply with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010.
One test for every feature
Every feature has to answer one question: does this take work off the owner's evening? If it doesn't, it doesn't go in.
