Where the hours go
No parent is late on purpose. They're late because nobody followed up.
It isn't that you don't know how to run a centre. It's that the work is spread across six places, and not one of them reminds you of anything.
The fee nobody chased
An invoice nobody follows up on isn't late, it's forgotten. It stays forgotten until you sit down with the receipt book on a Sunday.
The same question, six times a day
“Cikgu, has this month's fee been settled?” You open the spreadsheet. You reply. Tomorrow you do it again.
The reports that eat the weekend
Marks in one file, comments in another, and a template you retype for every single student.
Three problems, one cause: there is no single record that knows what already happened.
Objection one — rolling this out to my staff
Nobody new has to learn anything. You and your admin are the only logins.
This isn't a system you have to introduce to your whole team. Attendance is marked from the phone you already hold, by the same person who runs the desk today. Teachers stay as records on the timetable and the payout list — no account, no password for anyone to forget.
Open today's class
Today's session is already there. No schedule to rebuild every week.
Tap only the absent ones
Everyone is present by default, because in a real class most of them are.
Save
The record lands. Parents of absent students hear about it the same day.
Three taps, from your own account or your admin's.
- Two roles: you, and the admins you invite. Nothing to roll out to teaching staff.
- Runs on the phone you already hold. Nothing to install, no new passwords.
- We import your student list from your spreadsheet and train your staff.

Objection two — parents won't log into a portal
They won't. So we didn't hang the proof on a portal.
Invoices, receipts, absence notices and progress reports arrive as WhatsApp messages from your centre. Parents sign up for nothing and remember no password.
The parent portal still exists, for the ones who want to check attendance and old invoices themselves. It's optional, and it's nobody's homework.
Good morning. July fees for Aiman — RM 180. Tap to pay by FPX.
INV-0412.pdf9:02 AMJust paid 👍
9:14 AMThank you. Receipt RCP-0412 attached. Aiman's record is already updated.
RCP-0412.pdf9:14 AM
Objection three — is it worth paying for
One click raises every invoice. The part you'll notice is the stamp.
Parents pay by FPX from their phone. The money lands in your account instead of in an envelope in a drawer. The invoice marks itself, and that row stops asking for your attention.
FPX means the payment lands straight in your centre's bank account. ClassRep never holds your money.

We're not going to invent a return figure for you
We don't know how much is sitting unpaid at your centre, so we won't pretend to. What we can give you is arithmetic you can do yourself: the Growth plan is RM 199 a month, less than three hours of part-time admin help. If chasing fees and typing reports costs you more than three hours a month, the sum is already done.
Whatever size you are
One centre with 40 students. Four branches with 900. Same system.
Just starting
You and a teacher or two. Attendance, invoices and receipts are already enough to put the book away.
Growing
Several classes, several teachers, parents starting to ask more. This is where automatic reports start paying for themselves.
Multi-branch
Each branch runs its own classes. You see all of them in one view, or one at a time.
Pricing
The daily work is the same on every plan. The price just follows your student count.
None of the everyday work is held behind a higher plan. Drag along the rule below to see which plan your centre lands in.

ClassRep is new. We're not going to fill this space with invented testimonials or a wall of logos we have no right to use. What we will do is run the system on your own numbers and tell you straight if it isn't a fit.
A 45-minute demo. Your numbers, not sample data. An honest answer at the end.

Straight answers
What centre owners ask before agreeing to a demo.
How long does setup take?
You don't do it yourself. We import your student list from whatever file you use today, set your classes up, and train your staff on the system. Getting started doesn't require you to be technical.
Do parents have to install an app?
No. Invoices, receipts, absence notices and reports arrive over WhatsApp. The parent portal is there for those who want to look things up themselves, but it's optional.
What happens to my existing records?
We import your student and class records during onboarding. Your original files stay yours, and we don't ask you to delete anything.
Do my teachers need their own accounts?
No. Only you and the admins you invite get logins. Teachers appear on the class timetable and the payout list as records — there's nothing for them to sign into and no password to lose. Attendance is marked by whoever is running the desk that day.
Is my students' data safe?
Your centre's data belongs to you. It isn't shared with other centres and it isn't sold to anyone. Each staff member sees only what their role needs.
What if I want to stop using it?
There's no long-term contract. Cancel anytime, and you can export your records before you go.
